Case overview

There is a really gorgeous town home project happening in Southeast Oakville and Nextbrand got the go ahead to name, design and create the marketing to sell the 3 luxury units.  The three Georgian style units are fit with all the best finishes and a rooftop terrace.  

We also had the unique opportunity to both design and build the construction site hoarding.  The client wanted something stylish and unique to help sell the units.  Using a local contractor, we build up an amazing custom hoarding complete with real windows and a lightbox illusion that mimics the building actually sitting on the property.  

The Brief
